It includes a strong suction base, 5 brass dies, food grade safe plastic auger, die-cast aluminum metal body with heavy-duty steel enamelled with food-safe paint making it durable and safe, aluminum locking ring, extra-long handle, and pestle. 

The Torkio Extruder is easy and simple to assemble, it comes almost completely assembled in the box. Insert your desired brass pasta die, secure it on with the metal locking ring. Next, suction to a smooth, clean surface and being extruding your pasta dough! Changing the die plate is fast and simple with your choice of casarecce, waves, spaghetti, tagliatelle, and torchietti brass dies. The Torkio OK is 100% made in Italy.

For Best Results

Use "00" flour or all purpose flour for best results. The Torkio OK can also be used with egg based pasta recipes and whole-wheat, kamut or gluten free flour varieties. The right consistency of dough for the Torkio OK extruder should result in a grainy/crumbly dough. The dough gets inserted into the cone and then extruded from the brass dies.

Table Mounting Suction Base

The ultra strong professional base suctions to any soft, clean and smooth surface. The base is ultra strong and will not come loose.

How Does it Work?

Once the pasta dough is formed (into a grainy/crumbly texture), insert it into the cone of the Torkio OK, turn the crank and in just moments you will have fresh pasta. The white pestel assists in inserting the dough into the cone. The straight edge of the pestel is used to cut the pasta off the brass die after extruding.
