No additional attachments are made to fit onto the 180mm size. The 150mm attachments are not compatible with the 180mm size.

This is the latest wellness version by Marcato. The Wellness refers to the updated alloy rollers and cutters compared to the nickel cutters and rollers of past. Alloy is harder and better at cutting than nickel.
