Lelit welcomes their newest double boiler machine, Bianca PL162TCB V3 in black. The latest addition to the family the Lelit Bianca has some of the best technology, new and improved quick warm-up time, and visually appealing functional aesthetics. The machine includes a PID double boiler geared toward those looking to experiment with pressure profiling seeking the Holy Grail, also a functional wooden paddle that sits on top of the E61 group head that allows for pressure adjustment.

The water tank on the Lelit Bianca can be repositioned to fit either one of the three sides of the machine which allows for versatility. You can also opt-out of the tank and have the Bianca be directly plumbed in. Lelit has really created a masterpiece with the Lelit Bianca PL162TCB V3 model, rivaling other competing brands and surpassing in quality and functionality.

Dual Boilers

Offering two insulated stainless steel boilers and offering copper tubing that connects the boilers to the group head valves.

E61 Grouphead

The E61 group head allows hot water to circulate from boiler through the group head and back which ensures the portatfiler and group head remain hot. The lever next to the group head on the Lelit Bianca enables the pump to draw water through the coffee grinds.

Wooden Accents

The wooden aesthetic pieces are a nice and add a touch of class. The handle on the portafilter, the steam/hot water knobs, lever and paddle have the wooden accents. Even the feet on the Bianca, which are adjustable, are wooden.

Three Way Solenoid Valve

Allowing for quick removal of the portafiler after the brewing of the espresso by relieving the pressure built up in the grouphead. This leaves a dry puck that can be easily knocked out of the portafiler.

PID and Dual Pressure Gauge

The PID system has a reference timer, a low water level alert and is great for time pre-infusion. The dual pressure gauge measures the boiler pressure (0-4 bar) on top and pump pressure (0-16) on the bottom.

Anti-Burn/Cool Touch Wands

The Lelit wands are cool to the touch which helps to avoid burns. It also has a new structural design to facilitate cleaning, avoid limestone formation which brings about a more satisfying user experience.

Repositionable Water Tank

The water tanks sits in the stainless steel external “backpack” of the Bianca to avoid any heating up of the water temperature. This is great for counter space as well, as it can sit on any of the three sides of the machine. The tank can also be removed for easy cleaning.

Water tank repositioning

One great feature of the Lelit Bianca V3 is the reposition-able stainless steel water tank. This is designed to avoid heating of the water temperature though the machines own external elevated temperatures. The reposition-able water tank is also fantastic to best optimize counter space. The tank can be easily removed for cleaning.

Flow Control & Pressure Profiling

Lelit's Bianca V3 offers the latest in flow control and pressure profiling technology. This flow control valve allows you to extract espresso at the optimal point in the espresso extraction. By pressure profiling you can achieve a level of control beyond the traditional tamp or grind settings on your machine. This added control is beneficial when trying to achieve the perfect pre-infusion and ideal shot experience.
