V3 UPGRADE FEATURES: 

  • In the newest V3 version there are quicker warm-up times, electronic low-flow mode that simulates profiles without manually moving the paddle. Plus four new power modes: always on, sleep mode, eco-mode, and stand-by mode. 

The Lelit Bianca features a PID double boiler geared towards those looking to experiment with pressure profiling. The artisan quality wood accents on the Lelit Bianca accentuate the overall machine. The E61 group head allows for pressure adjustment. The water tank can be moved from the back to the side of the Bianca to accommodate where it is placed in the kitchen. You can also opt-out of the tank and have the Bianca be directly plumbed in. 

The Willian Grinder has a numbered dial with a micrometrical step adjustment making it easier to set your ideal grind setting, the dial also doubles as a tamper stand. The Lelit William has two grinding operations, manual and electronic. The bean hopper has a capacity of 350g. Dressed in satin stainless steel body the Lelit William will make a great addition to the Lelit espresso machine.

Dual Boilers

Offering two insulated stainless steel boilers and offering copper tubing that connects the boilers to the group head valves.

E61 Grouphead

The E61 group head allows hot water to circulate from boiler through the group head and back which ensures the portatfiler and group head remain hot. The lever next to the group head on the Lelit Bianca enables the pump to draw water through the coffee grinds.

Walnut Wooden Accents

The wooden aesthetic pieces are a nice and add a touch of class. The handle on the portafilter, the steam/hot water knobs, lever and paddle have the wooden walnut accents. Even the feet on the Bianca, which are adjustable, are wooden.

Three Way Solenoid Valve

Allowing for quick removal of the portafiler after the brewing of the espresso by relieving the pressure built up in the grouphead. This leaves a dry puck that can be easily knocked out of the portafiler.

PID and Dual Pressure Gauge

The PID system has a reference timer, a low water level alert and is great for time pre-infusion. The dual pressure gauge measures the boiler pressure (0-4 bar) on top and pump pressure (0-16) on the bottom.

Anti-Burn/Cool Touch Wands

The Lelit wands are cool to the touch which helps to avoid burns. It also has a new structural design to facilitate cleaning, avoid limestone formation which brings about a more satisfying user experience.

Repositionable Water Tank

The water tanks sits in the stainless steel external “backpack” of the Bianca to avoid any heating up of the water temperature. This is great for counter space as well, as it can sit on any of the three sides of the machine. The tank can also be removed for easy cleaning.
