Introducing the Baratza Sette 270Wi Conical Coffee Burr Grinder, featuring 30 steps of macro-adjustment and a fully stepless micro adjustment system for precise and near endless grind settings for optimal results. For the Sette 270Wi, the Wi means weight intelligence. The grinder will grind out a certain weight of beans, with a 0.1-0.2 gram margin of error.
The differences between the 270 vs the 270Wi are that the Sette 270 features 3 timers and Sette 270Wi features programmable weight doses for a more precise operation. The integrated scale further makes creating and following a recipe without wasting your beans or time.
The Sette 270Wi features a radically redesigned gearbox and burrset in which the outer ring burr rotates around a stationary cone burr. This design allows for high-speed grinding – up to 5g per second – as well as minimal retention of coffee in the system.
The bean hopper can accommodate 300 g - 400 g of coffee beans. The innovative bean shutoff feature in the collar permits no-mess, no-fuss hopper removal for changing out the beans.
