The unit is made of hardened food-grade die-cast steel with 2 stainless steel grinding discs a stainless knife and a sausage filling tube with a wooden pusher. Made in Italy by OMRA with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Please Note: OMRA Italy now makes the attachment for the Imperia Tomato Machine and Spremi Tomato machine. The part is identical and will fit all OMRA Spremi and Imperia Spremi Tomato Machines.
