Eppicotispai - Traditional Ashwood Cheese Grater

This charming Traditional Ashwood Cheese Grater is made from solid ashwood panels 1cm thick, giving it a solid and durable frame as well as its lovely aesthetic. When not in use, the flaps on the Ashwood Cheese Grinder close, turning the grater into a discrete, yet decorative, counter piece. When in use, both rear flaps are opened - the bottom serves to support the cheese and guide it into the grating drum, while the top is used to firmly push against the cheese to grate. Once grated, the cheese collects in the small removable drawer compartment at the bottom of the grater.

To clean, the ashwood cheese grater's top flap opens up to allow easy access to the grating drum. It's recommended that the stainless steel grating drum be cleaned only with a stiff bristled brush. Occasionally the drum can be removed for more thorough cleaning - simply remove the handle, remove the drum, wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before re-assembling.
